One of the most popular decorations Vintage Halloween decoration is hard plastic toys that were manufactured from 1940 onwards. It mainly vintage plastic items that are of interest to collectors, so you will mainly want to take a look at products made in the forties and fifties, but some findings from later years sixty beyond are certainly interesting as well if you want to put together a fun and whimsical collection.
Some brand names to note are Irwin, Knickerbocker, Rosen, Rosbro and EU products, but they are not even close to being the only companies making polystyrene and celluloid novelties plastic for Halloween. They are some of the best known companies and therefore very collectable.

You can find many toys with wheels that are not in good condition, so if you are looking for a witch on roller skates, you'll be sure to find it.
